RETURN & REFUND POLICY
You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you purchased it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (credit card, debit card or PayPal).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
When we will not offer a refund:
If the item has been damaged by the customer trying to repair it themselves or getting someone else to do it.
No longer want the item (e.g. because it’s the wrong colour).
The items returned by someone other than the buyer.
No proof of purchase can be provided.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
